During an auto straightening cycle, the only thing that the operator needs to do s to load and unload parts either on a conveyor or directly to the straightening fixture. Then simply press the “automatic start” button. Then the entire process is automated:

Gauging the bending error ->Locating the straightening points ->Pressing and straightening -> Check if the bend is removed

The machines have correction limit function which prevents parts from breaking or fracturing from over correction. The control display will show visual display of bar charts to show bending values at each straightening point. After straightening the parts successfully, the machine will give sound and visual indication to the operator.

The machine runs on a Windows based software specially designed for straightening process. With a capacity to store a large database of parts and recipes, it makes changeovers very easy. To monitor the process, the machine has the capability to draw graphs and retrieve old production data. This data can be printed on paper by attaching a printer.
